We aim to provide a complete service to our clients in just one visit and we guarantee to complete all instructions within 48 hours. This complete process is not only cost effective but also aimed to be time saving and convenient for you. Our Energy Assessors are accredited by ElmHurst Energy Services http://www.elmhurstenergy.co.uk who are a Government approved energy rating provider and the largest overall accreditor to date. In order to comply with our accreditation scheme our staff are required to have a CRB check to ensure the safety of our customers and their property. All our Assessors have Professional Indemnity and public liability insurance; we are governed by the ICO in order to comply with the Data Protection Act www.ico.gov.uk Our clients include private landlords, Estate agents, Solicitors, Surveyors, HIP Providers and Local Authority.
