My approach is genuine, respectful, warm, open, non-judgemental, accepting and empathic. You may be experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety, loneliness, sadness, powerlessness or frustration. You may be feeling unhappy but with no idea of how to change things and finding it difficult to connect with yourself or others.
