Sadler Energy and Environmental Services Ltd is an independent Consultancy serving Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Surrey providing Sustainable Development Advice and Certification Services, covering SAP, EPC, Eco Homes, Code for Sustainable Homes and Air Tightness Testing, to both the construction and property industry. From our Head Office in Southampton we operate throughout the South of England, including, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey as well as London. At SEES we pride ourselves on delivering a robust, knowledgeable and responsive service. Our aim is to give you impartial and pragmatic advice on all environmental issue regarding domestic dwellings, which will enable you to improve performance within the particular constraints of your project. Sadler Energy and Environmental Services Ltd have a great deal of experience working with Developers, Local Government, Housing Associations and the General Public. Our services include a comprehensive range of Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) Assessments and EPC''s and Code for Sustainable Homes, which can be tailored to your specific project. From stand alone Design Stage Assessments and Certification, through to more complex commission involving Pre-Assessment, Design Stage Guidance and Post Construction Review. We also carry out BRE Eco Homes Assessments for those who still require them. SEES are Accredited Air Tightness engineers and all of our air pressure tests are carried out in line with the requirements of the ATTMA technical standard TS1 and our ''Air Tightness Certificates'' are accepted by Building Control officers. We are able to undertake testing on all Domestic dwellings and housing.
