We are a small family business based in Stafford. In the whole business we have two coffee shops, a wholesale bakery and a celebration cake business. La patisserie started with the shops but decided to open the bakery as a means of suppling ourselves but have since decided to supply other catering companies around the area. Our most recent business is our celebration cake company. We have a member of the family that specialises in the production of high class wedding, birthday cakes. To be honest she would love any excuse to make a cake the odder the request the better!!!!
