He has a hands-on leadership style, is able to be both player and coach to multidisciplinary teams, and provide the structures and systems necessary to meet quality, time and cost targets. The company provides a professional interim management service to businesses who may be experiencing New Product Development project overload, engineering leadership skills shortage, NPD team under-performance or during a period of change when clients do not want to add permanent senior-level staff. Hourglass Interim specialises in these roles and also offers experience of strategic product planning, lean manufacturing and development, agile software development, offshoring, value engineering and product compliance to EU Directives.
