Somatic Living is dedicated to helping people with pain, movement and stress related issues. Incorporating the unique method Hanna Somatic Education (HSE), clients often express a significant reduction in pain after the first session. HSE can help back/neck pain, sciatica, headaches, whiplash, muscular strains/stiffness, arthritis and many more. Clients are taught some very easy to do exercises that not only prevent the recurrence of problems, but also help to continue improvement.
