I treat all genders of all ages My massage therapies which deal with pain, stress, tension, relaxation and emotional release. Pain may not just originate from muscular damage and strain, it can be a result of stress or emotional trauma. Together we will work to treat the underlying cause, and not just mask the symptoms! You will be heard in a safe, confidential environment. My massage therapies not only deal with physical pain but also facilitate emotional release which can improve a myriad of health problems. I also work on gut health which is essential to health and wellness. I am also a health, wellness and nutrition coach and have workshops and courses available online so do check them out.
