Sasquatch studios specialises in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. We offer a 'family' run studio that promotes a friendly atmosphere. Lessons are set in private or group settings. We provide a variety of classes to suit all types of individual, from full time athletes to people who have never stepped foot in a gym before. Our kids classes are very popular and have just launched a kids competition class which is proving a big success. We also hold a 6 week beginners course which includes your first Gi. Here you will learn the basic skills needed to progress your BJJ journey. You will be taught by one of our qualified instructors: Adam is a BJJ Black Belt who regularly competes in tournaments. He has competed at all belt levels from white through to black. He has a passion for BJJ and the positive effects it can have on confidence, lifestyle and fitness. Dave is a brown belt in BJJ and is experienced in Mixed Martial Arts. He has experience in professional competitive BJJ in the UK & abroad. As well as BJJ, we hold MMA and No Gi evenings. We hold a competition training class once a week, where those interested in competing, can train with likeminded individuals of every ability.
