Peckham Rye/East Dulwich based Urban Fit & Fearless offers self defence classes which prepare the student to the most common street attacks. The system we teach is called Urban Krav Maga which a highly respected and well established system with strong credibility in the Martial Arts community. Emphasising functionality and simplicity, the techniques are easy to assimilate regardless of age, gender, athletic attributes or body type. Urban Fit & Fearless program is a great way to get in shape, to let off steam and to learn some useful self-defence techniques.
