At S&P Handmade Chocolate Truffles we make luxury chocolate truffles. We only use the chocolate made with the finest cocoa beans, we pride ourselves in using local produce and alcohol, including fresh cream for our ganaches wherever possible, or we try to source ethically produced ingredients. Our fresh Lincolnshire cream truffles are best consumed as soon as possible as they are a fresh product, and best refrigerated, but they will keep for up to 3-4 weeks kept in a cool dry place. We can say nothing is added to our fresh cream chocolate truffles. We don’t add any preservatives or ingredients such as sorbitol, glucose syrup, neutral alcohol or any other extra ingredient used in the industry to extend shelf life. In our fresh cream truffles, all you will get is the truly exciting taste and feel of eating a real fresh cream chocolate truffle.
