I am priviledged to work with fabulous people like executives who want to maintain their health and reduce their stress levels, also people with MS and other chronic conditions, who need to have help with their vital organs, and to achieve the best possible quality of life whilst having fun, using amongst other therapies - physiotherapy. I also work with people who have had serious road accidents, most serious being paralysed from the shoulders down. I broke my back (T8)some 15yrs ago and was paralysed from the middle of my back, which is how I became involved with therapies I love today. I use my vast experience of life to help me understand and empathise with my client. I major in Reflexology, but also include aromatherapy massage to help alleviate stress and pain. Manicure and pedicure for health, including hot wax mittens and booties, to help with arthritis and other painful and and feet conditions. I also take exercise classes for the over 70''s using Alexander technique to help the ladies improve their mobility to be able to remain living in their own homes. I have a pretty candle lit therapy room in a beautiful village called Milton Malsor and I also work in sheltered accomodation community centres. Home visits can be arranged too.
