Critchleys HR specialises in working with clients who employ fewer than 50 people and do not have the time to keep up to date with employment law. Critchleys HR Ltd was formed in 2008 by Critchleys Chartered Accountants and Fiona McClure in response to clients'' requests for employment advice and support. We aim to remove much of the worry and risk that comes with employing staff, by providing a professional, approachable and affordable HR service to business owners. We support you in the management of your people, removing the hassles and freeing up your time to focus on running your business. We specialise in helping business owners who do not have an in-house HR Manager, but who want to get it right. Our advisers work alongside you to understand your business goals and provide pragmatic advice. Our services range from a single employment contract for a start up business to a fully outsourced HR function for up to 100 staff. Fiona McClure who manages the service has over 20 years'' HR experience and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Critchleys HR Advisers are CIPD qualified and have experience in a range of industries including technology, retail, engineering and education.
