The club offers comprehensive weight loss counselling and a 30 minute workout to improve women''s health. The workout is designed specifically just for women to improve their health / mobility and protect against medical conditions such as Osteoporosis, diabetes and heart disease. Just 30 minutes three times a week will get results. The circuit is continuous and members start when they are ready which means there is no wasted time.
