Thermal & Acoustic Solutions, Commenced trading August 2006. We specialize in SAP’s, S.B.E.M’s and Acoustic Specifications to meet both Part L and Part E of Building Regulations. Due to changes in regulations the Code for sustainable Homes was introduced in June 2007. On January 1st 2008 the company became limited and introduced Energy Performance Certificates to the portfolio, for both existing and new domestic dwellings. And in January 2009 we introduced Air Pressure Testing. As a company we work very closely with ISVR Sound Consultants offering Sound Testing to both Residential and commercial properties, ongoing since the inception of the company.
