I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I deal with a wide range of issues such as depression, phobias and smoking cessation and specialise in weight loss and confidence issues in women. My approach is to use a combination of Cognitive Hypnotherapy with NLP techniques. This is a highly effective way of helping to change negative thought patterns into a more positive ways of thinking. I trained with the internationally renowned Quest Institute and I''m a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
