Strete Barton House is a 16th Century Manor House with a large garden with stunning sea views; very close to two beaches; Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands. Walking; the South West Coastal Path is a mere 30 metres from Strete Barton House and we can recommend a number of suggested walking routes for our guests. All our rooms have a contemporary feel and are provided with wall-mounted flat screen TV & DVD/CD player, wireless internet access, Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy white towels, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and extensive beverage tray. There are a number of fantastic local restaurants, including two within a minute’s walk of Strete Barton House: ‘The Laughing Monk’ offering a wide choice of menu using fresh local produce including seafood, meat and vegetarian. The ‘King’s Arms’ has an excellent seafood menu and was awarded one of the Top Ten Seafood Places to Eat by Which Magazine. Voted Number One in the Dartmouth area by Trip Advisor
