Josh Watson is a Personal Trainer who will provide training in all areas of general fitness and will provide clients with all the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, both short and long term. Josh uses progressive, periodised training programmes, specific and personal to each client. He selects the best loads, reps, sets and order of exercises to overload the body and deliver results significantly better than by training alone. He provides hard and fun workouts and will educate clients on the best exercises to perform, give nutritional advice, taking you from start to finish with all of the help and support you need. Muscle Building The elements of successful muscle gain come from following a specially designed and periodised programme of free weights and nutrition. It must focus on all the specific parameters of your routine, providing you with the correct numbers of set, reps and rest periods, whilst eating the right foods at the right times to help you maximize your bodies potential for growth. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Muscle Tone The use of body weight and free weights is a fantastic way to shape and tone the body. Following a full body workout programme that uses weight to load all the muscles of the body will help you shape up all those annoying areas whilst making you feel stronger all over.
