I provide a high and low range of aerobic classes, every monday evening at the above address, its £3.50 per session, the times are 6.30pm-7.30pm and 8pm-9pm. It is a safe, fun enviorment, health&safety is a big part of the lessons, i am a qualified instructor with insurance, ppl music lience, for more detials please feel free to contact me on the above number, if not just turn up on your own or with friends, everybody is welcome, a very friendly atmosphere, and great fun.
