I am a freelance home improvement consultant/designer specialising in residential dwelling conversion and improvement works, covering many schemes involving home enlargement and or alteration. I am able to assist with homes concerning conversion of a single dwelling to multiple use - whether separation to independent flat units or the creation of "in house annexing" to provide live in facilities for the elderly with or without specific carer accommodation. I have over 30 years experience in residential property matters and offer my services throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, and West Kent from offices in Southampton and Tunbridge Wells. I specialise in preparing plans for approval under current town and county council requirements with regard to Town and County Planning and Building Control requirements.
