Borderline Business Agency is an employment and recruitment agency specialising in temporary and permanent office staff to businesses throughout the Scottish Borders, East Lothian and North Northumberland, including Berwick-upon-Tweed. We have been established for over 24 years. In addition to secretarial and administrative staff we also deal with vacancies for managerial, IT, Finance and other categories of personnel. A Fellow of the REC, Helen Pope, Director, started the business in 1985 and has seen the business grow steadily over the years. Our team of recruitment co-ordinators work in the Duns office and conduct interviews in Duns, Selkirk, Haddington and Berwick-upon-Tweed. We pride ourselves on knowing the local area and people, and working hard to find the right candidates for our clients, who range from local authority departments, housing associations, solicitors, manufacturing businesses, one man consultancies and everything in between.
