Mopit

Mopit is a social enterprise cleaning company established by Robert Owen Communities in Feb 2007, with the goal of training adults with learning difficulties to become professional cleaners and finding them paid employment. Mopit currently operates within the Torbay, South Hams and Teignbridge areas of Devon. Current customers include a number of local offices, day opportunity centers, a theatre, a shop and a craft studio. Duties currently carried out include vacuuming, mopping, polishing, cleaning kitchens and toilets, general tiding emptying bins, washing up etc.
