Exeter Practical Martial Arts teaches Taekwondo and Reality Based self-defence. Training consists of pad work (for power generation and aerobic and anaerobic fitness), patterns (for concentration, technique perfection and applications study and remembrance), two-person drills (for self-defence and realism), scenario and pattern-based sparring (controlled contact sparring at all ranges, standing up, and on the ground).
