Regular weekly Tai Chi Chuan classes in Chen Style and Yang Style across the Royal County of Berkshire, with various centres in the Reading area, Crowthorne on the Surrey border, and Yateley in Hampshire.

In addition to our weekly classes, we also design and deliver corporate training programmes to help with stress management and various organisation development initiatives.

Increasingly, we are helping to introduce Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes into Primary Schools where they are used not just as an aid to health and fitness, but also as a means of calming pupils to improve their behaviour and sharpen their concentration.
