Pole Fit is an exercise and dance class incorporating the use of a pole. It is a great way to keep fit whilst having fun! Here at Pole Fit we offer: - Pole Fit courses (beginner to advanced) - Pole Performers courses (purely pole dance) - 1-2-1 private tuition - Pole Parties (hen/birthdays) - Workshops - Pole Societies - Monthly Pole Taster sessions - Gift Vouchers The instructors are experienced qualified fitness professionals, with dance and performance backgrounds. Pole Fit sessions are taught at Studio Fit in Longton, Stoke on Trent.
