The Guiding Path offers community-based empowerment courses and one-to-one coaching, and is located in Lower Earley (Reading). Courses are provided by licensed mentors from the More to Life organisation which has operated internationally as a charitable foundation for over 20 years.

Coaching is given by experienced and ICF-monitored coaches. The Guiding Path will support their clients to get the most that they can from the courses and to be on a guided path of enablement to create the life they want through group and / or personal work.

All mentored courses contain straightforward yet powerful material and are held with small groups, creating a safe and encouraging environment for personal learning. The courses are normally held once per week in the evening over a 5 or 6-week period.
