The Knife & Scissor Sharpening Service

We offer a knife and blade sharpening service to professional chefs and households alike.

Each knife will go through several sharpening stages. The process starts with a 1000 grit whetstone, and then further stages until a polished finish on the knife edge is obtained.

Scissors are sharpened on a dedicated machine that guarantees to sharpen to at least twice as sharp when compared to new. Convex, true left handed scissors or pinking shears are done differently on the same machine, but still get the exact same outstanding results.
