Based in Newtown Mid-Wales, we are fully accredited to undertake energy performance certificate assessments of domestic properties in accordance with the introduction of the Home Information Packs (HIPs). Unlike many of the national HIP providers, we offer a direct point of contact and have local knowledge throughout Mid-Wales and the Shropshire border region. The counties we cover are Shropshire and Powys. Our postcode coverage is SY, TF and LL but welcome enquiries for other parts of Wales and the Shropshire Borders.
