We are based around the Worcester City area, practicing Tae Kwon-Do at Pershore High School, Elgar Technology College and Crowle village hall, 4 nights of the week.

Tae Kwon-Do encompasses both theory and practical elements including sparring, self-defence and patterns, to name but a few.

The first session is free and all ages and abilities are welcome.
