Ian Greenfield Dip DEA provides both professionally produced Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) which are a mandatory part of the HIPs regulations effective from August 1st 2007. We are an Independent Service working locally with Home Owners, local Surveyors, local Solicitors, local Estate Agents, local Developers and other local Professionals. We are based in South Petherton, Somerset and cover approximately a twenty five mile radius. This includes Weymouth, Dorchester, Wincanton, Yeovil, Bridgwater, Taunton and the surrounding areas. Subject to negotiation, commissions will be accepted in other parts of the West Country.
