Living with anxiety, low mood, or constant stress can feel exhausting. If your mind is always racing, you're stuck in cycles of overthinking or procrastination, or life feels heavier than usual, you're not alone, and things can get easier. I offer one-to-one support to help you move forward, whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, stress, low mood, or the challenges of living with ADHD. Some clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. Others are managing changes in their lives and need a space to talk things through or learn practical strategies that work. I've worked in both NHS and private practice settings and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to each session. As a qualified counsellor, RTT therapist and ADHD coach, I'll tailor the work to suit you. We might focus on understanding your feelings, building healthier patterns, or using techniques that help calm the mind and body. It's a flexible, supportive space where you can be yourself and start making the changes that matter to you. Sessions are held on Zoom, but face-to-face appointments can be made available on request. My pricing is £60 per 50-minute Counselling Session, and I offer concessions to low-income households.
