Specialist Cleaning Limited is a family-run and operated Biohazard and Extreme Cleaning company, based in Oxfordshire. We offer the following national services, amongst others: - Mental-health (e.g. Hoarding Disorder) and void property cleaning/clearance; - Biological hazard cleaning, disinfection, and sanitisation; - Extreme cleaning, including properties affected by excess waste accumulation and grime; - "Crime scene' cleaning, for homes and business affected by criminal activity; - Medical episode, accident and after-death cleaning; - Sharps handling and disposal, including needle-sweeps; - Flood and sewage cleanup. We like to think of ourselves as 'problem-fixers' and can help with many of the complex situations you may face, all whilst remaining non-judgmental and discreet. To provide an effective service, we provide our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. We currently work with several local councils, care providers and charities, providing pre-discharge cleaning for hospitals, and a range of services to support the elderly to remain in their own homes, and access care. We also support facilities management companies to provide hazardous waste clean-up infectious/offensive waste collections. Our dedicated team also assist a few solicitors, providing clearance and cleaning services to support the probate process, where other companies have been intimidated by the condition of the property. We are fully qualified in the management of blood-borne pathogens and decontamination and biohazard cleaning, as well as flying/crawling and textile insect-pest control. Being registered as upper-waste carriers, we can be trusted to manage all waste safely and appropriately. We hold Public, Product and Employers liability insurance up to £10,000,000, for your reassurance. We also hold £50,000 in professional indemnity cover.
