We're Spike Golf. We started with one goal in mind, to convert golfers to bamboo golf tees and, in doing so, bring death to plastic golf tees. We're 3 golfers from South Wales who can't stand the sight of tee boxes up and down the country covered in plastic waste. We believe, in a world where everybody is trying to do their bit to reduce their carbon footprint, then golfers should be doing the same. A plastic golf tee can take up to 1000 years to break down, whereas a bamboo tee can take as little as 4 months. Golfers can use up to 5 tees a round, and when you multiply that by the amount of tees being used across the UK every day, that's a lot. We've built a brand with attitude, that is trying to appeal to the next generation of golfers so that we can make long term change. We also offer monthy golf tee subscriptions, so golfers never have to worry about running out of tees again. And whilst we're converting golfers away from plastic, we're also looking to add a bit of personality to the accessories that golfers use.
