My name is Paul Stevens, I have been working as an Accredited Integrated Therapist, Counsellor and Transformation Coach for over 12 years. Prior to this, I enjoyed a successful career working at a senior management level, where I learnt the values of: leadership, strategy, transformation, building trusted relationships, team building, coaching and motivating others. With this knowledge and skillset I knew it was time for change; to develop new skills and a gain a real sense of purpose in my own life. My passion lead me to where I am today ... My approach to therapy is simple, whereby I combine a number of different therapeutic approaches tailored into a specific programme that meets the needs of each client individually.
