Yoga classes in and around Felpham, Aldwick and Bognor Regis for most abilities where we practise postures, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation. Classes are in person and all classes are livestreamed so you may also join online wherever you are. There is also a seated yoga class for people who find it difficult to get onto the floor. Most postures are done seated but some are done standing to practise balance and develop strength in the legs.
