Emily Hart Reflexology offers Reflexology with a special interest and specialisation in helping women with hormonal issues including peri-menopause and menopause and stress and anxiety. The treatment can really help with the hormonal milestones a woman can go through.

I am fully insured and a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists. Which means I provide a professional and high standard of service.

My treatment room is based at my home just off Ashtead High Street. I have a dedicated entrance and bathroom. All downstairs with on street parking right next to the entrance.

Emily Hart offers a very peaceful and beautiful treatment room where clients are encouraged to really relax and let go. Working with intuition and empathy Emily will create a bespoke experience to help clients find balance and achieve optimal health. Treatment prices start at £45 for a standard treatment.
