The Garden Rooms Counselling

I am a warm and empathic qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP registered), offering clients a welcoming space to explore difficult feelings without judgement, and with the aim to bring about positive change, through counselling.​ Our therapeutic relationship will be honest, and most importantly, equal. I will not be an expert on you, telling you what you should do, and neither will I be a passive counsellor who remains distanced. Instead, I will walk alongside you, offering empathy, insight and unconditional positive regard. Making the initial decision to seek out counselling can be a challenge, and thereafter, finding the right person for you even more so. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, with no obligation, and if it feels right, you are welcome to make contact to arrange an initial meeting, with no charge.
