Core trained in Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). If you are going through a hard time suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or even if you are not sure yet, I am here to listen and help I practice across a wide range of issues and have specialist experience of working with people with social anxiety, stress or burnout, trauma, depression, perfectionism, relationships or family issues and low self -esteem, ADHD, life transitions and Identity. I have also experience with bereavement and young adult issues in the workplace and at the university.
