Rustic Spirit

Rustic Spirit in association with RAaW London (established in 2000) and Haven for Hope, is very excited to introduce our new Women's Empowerment Workshops. Starting at then end of April in Camden Town, the two hour workshops will centre around healing, growth and making connections. We will combine The Stevens Technique (a technique for acting and wellbeing, that is tribal and raw and taps into the warrior at the heart of every person) with true life storytelling. Sharing stories is a powerful way to enhance personal growth, problem solve and unlock creativity - it can also aid in forming a connection between the body and mind that many server through life and trauma. Something magical happens when we are transparent. You will delve into your truly authentic self, in order to reflect and embody emotions, in a safe and sharing environment.
