Hi, I am Sally Brandon and I am the owner of Minerva HR Consulting. Named after the roman goddess of knowledge and my granny's pet owl, Minerva HR consulting is a friendly and welcoming consultancy here to help you make wise people decisions and identify and deliver positive solutions to enhance employees' experiences at work. Minerva HR Consulting was set up in 2020 to support companies with up to 70 employees with any of their HR needs so they can focus on growth, whilst balancing the needs of my three creative children who all work professionally on stage, film, tv and radio. With over 16 years' experience within creative SME businesses covering the full employee lifecycle journey, I understand that managing people issues is not always easy and knowing where to begin can often feel overwhelming. I specialise in working with start-up and growing companies wanting to invest in making their business a great place to work and those facing more complex employee relations issues. I can also help with sponsorship applications if they want to employee workers from outside the UK. I take a tailored flexible approach to any situation, am quick to understand the challenges and desired outcomes, and provide clear solutions without the HR jargon.
