I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I work in a supportive and non-judgemental environment face to face or virtually. By providing a range of techniques in my integrated approach I can support my clients to improve psychological wellbeing. I believe that one particular approach won't fit every client and often include the following in therapy sessions; hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR+, EFT, solution focused and hypno CBT. I work with many areas where clients want to reduce distress or unwanted behaviours. Some of the areas I specialise: childbirth, postnatal, perinatal, infant feeding, conception, trauma and anxieties. *I also provide group, bespoke and refresher hypnobirthing* FREE initial consultations.
