At Bright Sparks Day Nursery in Halesowen we have always had a template to base our excellence upon. We were doing this in fantastic and inspiring ways over at our sister nursery in Handsworth but we also felt as a staff team quite stifled within the layout and set up that we had invested in over a variety of years, skillsets have also changed, personalities have also changed and as a result we wanted to build a nursery that reflected the growth in us as a staff team.
