I provide practical solutions to help people with health conditions maintain independence and improve quality of life. I can address difficulties with household tasks, leisure and social pursuits, personal care routines and work roles. I offer a free initial telephone consultation. This is followed by a comprehensive assessment and personalised treatment planning. My work with you might include: advice on modifying activities, fatigue management or pain reduction strategies, recommendations for aids/adaptations, support to stay in employment, sleep hygiene, stress management techniques, hand therapy and splinting. I will enable you to improve your confidence in daily living and so your health and wellbeing. I am based in the Rushcliffe area and offer home visits, clinic or virtual appointments.
