MIXED ABILITY YOGA CLASSES I am a qualified pharmacist and trained yoga instructor based in Stoke Poges and I am teaching on Thursdays @ 7.30pm in Gerrards Cross and zoom classes on Sundays @ 4.30pm. I have incorporated my medical knowledge into my classes by explaining the health benefits of each posture as well as providing variations/adjustments to cater for all abilities. I also teach 1-2-1 or small group sessions in my private studio in Stoke Poges and my sessions are tailored specifically to suit your needs and can include the use of chairs for those less abled.
