Midwife-taught hypnobirthing and in-depth antenatal classes, currently offered online via Zoom. 'Hypnobirthing' is a process of letting go of tensions, anxieties and fear around labour and birth, allowing you to approach this wonderful life event - no matter the context - feeling calm, confident, and knowledgeable about the process. As a midwife, I provide detailed, evidence-based antenatal education that can be tailored to you, to help you feel confident and in control as you approach the birth of your baby. Having a firm understanding of the key topics that you will, and may, come across during your pregnancy, labour and birth will provide many benefits you and your birth partner. As they say, knowledge is power! Courses start from £49 and include everything you'd need - relaxation and positive affirmation audios and printed and digital course materials.
