Hands Down Fitness is a new fitness and exercise organisation aiming to create a top class service in all aspects. We offer alternatives to those interested in fitness and skills but without the commitment of attending a gym with online classes. Work out from your living room or from the comfort of your own house/garden and get fit or learn a new skill with live, instructor-led classes. We currently have 8 week online beginner handstand courses about to start and are looking to add a dryland scuba diving course in the coming weeks.
