Deborah is a fully qualified Level 3 BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) Practitioner. BWRT is a therapy based on neuroscience research and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It works in the 'cognitive gap' before conscious awareness and all that is required from you is you need to know what you want to change! (see www.bwrt.org) Sessions are run via Zoom, Facetime or telephone and vary from 1 session to 4 (depending on the issues). Deborah specialises in working with Fears and Phobias - sometimes only one session is needed, and Anxiety, when 3-4 sessions would be required.
