Outlook Care is a not for profit organisation, registered with the Care Quality Commission that has delivered person centred support & care to people since 1990. Alongside our flagship Foxburrow Grange nursing and dementia care home, we are a specialist provider of learning disability and mental health services including : supported living, domiciliary care at home, registered care and nursing care, plus respite services and short breaks at our supported living properties across SE England.
