We are an experienced and accredited provider of First Aid and Mental Health qualifications; delivering high-quality training all over Scotland. We offer a wide range of courses to suit all needs including: Emergency First Aid at Work - a 1 day course covering life-threatening emergencies, HSE compliant and suitable for the workplace First Aid at Work - a 3 day course covering a range of illnesses and injuries in the workplace, HSE compliant and suitable for the workplace Paediatric First Aid - 2 day training recommended for Early Years Settings or anyone working with young children professionally e.g childminders First Aid for Mental Health - 1 day or 2 day courses to give you a good understanding of mental health and the skills to help someone having a mental health crisis, suitable for the workplace Forestry First Aid - a half-day course aimed at people working in forestry, land management, agriculture or horticulture such as tree surgeons, farmers, gardeners or timber workers Activity First Aid - a 2 day course for sports coaches or anyone working with voluntary groups in the community Management of Catastrophic Bleeding - a half day course aimed at anyone working with dangerous machinery CPR & AED Training - a half day course teaching the basics of resuscitation and use of a defibrillator, ideal for businesses or local community groups Management of anaphylaxis - a half day course for anyone who may have to help someone having a severe allergy, also covers asthma First Aid Essentials - a basic first course for all the family, covering everyday accidents and emergencies Our courses are all Ofqual regulated or SQA Accredited and certification is valid for 3 years.
