Treating the person as a whole instead of just the point of pain I help people regain their confidence after injury. Many problem can be sorted with some manual therapy and exercise and lets face it it is the small things that make the difference for most of us. Yes it is great when we get back to sports etc but how about being able to turn over in bed without waking up, getting in and out of the car pain free, having that little sporty Coupe you always fancied but worried couldnt get out of, getting up and down the stairs without your hips and knees creaking and hurting, being able to lift things without shoulder pain. These are just some of the problems I work with people to improve. It makes my day when someone comes in to clinic and says they have done something that they had not done in years and they did it pain free. Dont think you just have to put up with things because your getting older. Get them sorted and then get on with life pain free.
