In addition I supply a home exercise plan, working alongside you to achieve your treatment goals, in as few visits as possible. I tailor individual treatment and rehabilitation plans, which are developed after gaining an understanding of your case and in consideration of your; posture, mobility, general health, medical history and any previous injuries and/or surgeries.
